Acceptance
By installing or using Reelscap (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.
License
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple device tied to your Apple ID. You may not redistribute the App or attempt to derive its source code.
In-App Purchase
The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the branding watermark from exported long screenshots. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. All sales are final and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies; we do not process refunds directly.
User Content
You own everything you record and stitch with the App. The App does not upload your recordings or outputs to any server. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the apps you screenshot.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the App to record or capture content in a way that violates applicable law, the rights of others, or the terms of the apps you are screenshotting. The App is a user-facing tool; responsibility for what you capture and how you use it rests with you.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the stitching algorithm will perfectly reconstruct every screen in every app. You should review the output before relying on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
